About Me:: My buddies and I started Venture Expeditions in 2002 with a bike trip across the United States. We are still at it. Currently, I'm working full time for Venture. I have a beautiful wife and 5 month old daughter.

Why I'm involved in Venture Expeditions:: I like the idea that we can help people using our passion for adventure travel. I believe this is what I'm supposed to do with my life. It is cool to see peoples lives changed. Not just the people we are benefiting with monetary support and service, but also our hikers, riders, runners, etc...

Hey all, since no one has been using the blog feature, I'm going to use it to brag a bit. I biked to work in 29 degree weather this morning. I'm not much for the cold, so that is a big deal for me. Alright.

Rollin it out!

So we have decided to use Ning for our social networking site. It is only a matter of rollin' it out now! I'm excited about this. Ning is a good solution for our community.
